The Institute dedicates itself to providing training for those individuals at the start of their careers, those who are already employed in the industry and desire to advance their careers through further study, and those who for a variety of reasons wish to retrain in a different industry.
Placement assistance of qualified, well-trained graduates into the workforce that will allow the individual to be a contributing, self-reliant member of society is the ultimate goal of the institute.

I'm Robert Joe Bryant, author of this site. I'm a qualified HVAC/R engineer and trainer with over 20 years experience in the field.
